Fred Costa is the Founder of Morning Star Insurance Agency. He became a 2-20 (General Lines) and 2-15 (Life & Health) agent in December 2009.
On April 10th 2010 he established Morning Star Insurance Agency as an independent insurance agency. Never forgetting his humble beginnings, he has become a pioneer of customer educational and quality of servicing the insurance industry.
He strives to provide clients with the best protection while educating them, so they may have peace of mind for any of life’s eventualities.
Just before establishing his own business, Fred worked in banking for almost 4 years where he acquired a vast amount of experience with finances and wealth management. Well known in the community for his outstanding quality of service and his knowledge in the industry, he has established a solid and loyal book of business that has been growing ever since. He is a trilingual speaking: English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Jackie Donato has joined Morning Star Insurance Agency in the summer of 2015. Today she serves as the company’s President in charge of the day to day operations and internal administrative work.
Jackie has developed multiple incentives and benefits for the employees, helping create a friendly and productive environment.
Jackie dedicates her efforts daily to make Morning Star Insurance Agency a great workplace for its employees.
Sergio joined Morning Star Insurance Agency in January 2017. Sergio started as a CSR and quickly became a top producer and an auto insurance specialist. Not too long after, Sergio became an insurance broker, expand his knowledge beyond personal auto to other lines of insurance including: Commercial Auto, Workers Comp, General Liability, Garage Liability and other Commercial & Personal Lines of insurance. Sergio was promoted to Auto Department Supervisor where he leads his co-workers to achieve their goals and create a great customer service experience.
Mariana joined Morning Star Insurance Agency in January 2018. Despite having no prior experience in insurance, Mariana quickly became one of the top producers within the company. Mariana has developed great relationships with many local businesses such as realtors, mortgage brokers and property managers, and has been key to the company’s portfolio growth. Mariana is the Supervisor of the entire Home Department and has helped Morning Star Insurance Agency become one of the leaders of homeowners insurance business in Florida.
Shaiane joined Morning Star Insurance several years ago. She started her journey as a receptionist/administrative assistant and quickly became an asset in the company’s Compliance and Quality Assurance Department. Shaiane was then promoted to Compliance & Quality Assurance supervisor where she verifies and corrects all post-binding documentation. Shaiane has recently become an insurance broker and oversees the Commercial & Compliance Department.
